Sessions typically take place in a studio or the comfort of your home where your family can settle in and move at your own pace. Newborn sessions are scheduled during the first few weeks of life, but always with flexibility, because I understand that every baby and every family is different. There is no rushing, no pressure, and no expectation for perfection.

We pause for feedings, soothing, diaper changes, and rest whenever needed. My role is to gently guide you and your family while creating an environment where you feel cared for, supported, and fully present with your baby.

She somehow managed to turn our chaotic life (twin toddlers + a newborn + grandparents visiting + two dogs) into gorgeous photos that are so bright, candid and literally perfect. Chisom also went beyond what I had imagined for our session, even including a few photos with our dogs and of other details in our home that relate to our miracle babies. “Working with Chisom was a great experience! We were honestly a little stressed about having our newborn session in-home, but we were completely overthinking it. Chisom was super kind, flexible, patient, and understanding. She made us feel completely at ease.

When our newborn got fussy, she jumped in to help gently soothe him. She also won over our toddler by playing, singing, and making him laugh. Her ability to handle the chaos of two under two made her professionalism and experience really shine through.

On top of that, her turnaround time was lightening fast! We received our previews and final gallery sooner than expected. She was also incredibly receptive to feedback, even re-editing a few images to match my personal preferences. I’ll gently guide when needed and step back when connection takes over. You don’t need to worry about your children “behaving” . Some of the most meaningful images happen in between, after a prompt, during a pause, in the quiet moments you didn’t realize were unfolding. Sessions are unhurried, relaxed, and rooted in real life.
